Serving more than 2,000 hotel partners, we deliver global talent and tools at scale. By bringing together revenue management, sales, and lead management services into a coordinated model, we impact performance across all channels and revenue streams. Through scalable, insights-driven, and digitally enabled service delivery, RMCC advances Hilton's commercial strategy and maximizes total hotel performance. As the Assistant Director, Sales & Lead Management Services (LMS), you will lead a team responsible for driving performance across a diverse portfolio of hotels. You will have clear ownership of conversion outcomes, pipeline health, service consistency, and the execution of scalable service models aligned to RMCC priorities. You will ensure that LMS delivery supports both the needs of individual hotel owners and the broader enterprise objective of delivering coordinated commercial results. Reporting to the Director, Sales & LMS, you will advance RMCC priorities. You will do this by evolving scaled, pooled service models and strengthening integration across Sales, Revenue Management, and Commercial teams, and connecting strategy to execution, and performance across the portfolio. What you'll do during a typical day: Manage portfolio performance, driving outcomes in lead conversion, response time, revenue, market share, and account coverage Identify growth opportunities through performance optimization and expanded contribution across hotels Ensure consistency through standardized processes and scalable delivery models Advance pooled service models to improve efficiency and capacity for growth Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate them into action Elevate the customer voice by turning feedback into service and performance improvements How you'll collaborate with others: Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and Commercial teams to connect strategy to priorities, and outcomes Build and sustain enterprise-wide partnerships that deliver commercial results Engage strategic accounts to ensure coverage and performance Contribute to leadership forums and performance reviews with actionable insights Deliverables you'll take ownership of: Performance improvements across the portfolio Scaled and optimized LMS service models to achieve efficiency and consistency Process improvements that enhance scalability and simplify delivery What It Takes to Make the Stay You have these minimum qualifications: Five (5) years of experience in Sales, Partnership Relationship Management, Marketing, Revenue Management or related commercial functions Three (3) years leading people leaders or equivalent team leadership experience Proven experience in anticipating risks and implementing strategic solutions Experience using a CRM platform for marketing, sales, or B2B partner engagement in a commercial environment Experience managing portfolio-level performance aligned to broader goals Experience supporting high-priority or strategic accounts, ensuring coverage and performance while building and sustaining partnerships internally and externally at senior levels Willingness to travel up to 20% It will be useful if you have: BA/BS Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field Experience in hospitality, travel, and/or loyalty sales or marketing Experience designing or scaling processes to improve efficiency, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving sales performance goals Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce or different Salesforce environments such as Delphi or BOSS in Sales and Marketing environments Experience translating customer feedback into operational or strategic improvements Experience operating in a globally matrixed, enterprise environment How We'll Help You Thrive At Hilton, the hospitality we're known for doesn't end with our guests. The pay range for this role is $80,000
- $120,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
