The AT&T Representative's consultative sales approach will drive enrollments by matching customers with optimal Fiber plans, ensuring seamless adoption and long-term satisfaction with AT&T's high-speed Internet. Role Requirements for an AT&T Representative Engage with a wide range of customers to introduce AT&T Fiber Internet, adapting communication style to fit each interaction. Remain flexible in different environments while maintaining a consistent and professional sales approach. Identify opportunities to introduce Fiber Internet solutions during everyday customer interactions. Maintain accurate tracking of outreach efforts and customer interest to support informed follow-up.
