The AT&T Representative's goal is to turn complex technology into simple benefits, ensuring every customer enjoys a world-class sales experience. As an AT&T Representative, you will engage directly with customers to assess connectivity needs and recommend AT&T Fiber Internet solutions tailored to their remote work, streaming, and home demands. The AT&T Representative's consultative sales approach will drive enrollments by matching customers with optimal Fiber plans, ensuring seamless adoption and long-term satisfaction with AT&T's high-speed Internet. Role Requirements for an AT&T Representative Engage with a wide range of customers to introduce AT&T Fiber Internet, adapting communication style to fit each interaction. Remain flexible in different environments while maintaining a consistent and professional sales approach. Identify opportunities to introduce Fiber Internet solutions during everyday customer interactions. Maintain accurate tracking of outreach efforts and customer interest to support informed follow-up. Communicate Fiber Internet benefits in simple, relatable terms that make decision-making easier. Demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities to continue the conversation and support future sales engagement. Qualities of an AT&T Representative High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in sales or customer support is a plus. Resilience in maintaining momentum within a performance-driven sales environment Accountability in tracking progress and maintaining consistent sales activity Ability to collaborate with fellow AT&T Representatives to improve AT&T Fiber's sales growth
