Austin Soccer Community Partner (Part-Time) Oya Active Inc Pflugerville, TX Job Details Part-time $500 - $3,000 a month 16 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer communication Customer relationship building Client rapport building Business development Fundraising B2B sales Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description Overview We're looking for a well-connected individual who is active in the Austin soccer community and has strong relationships with clubs, coaches, team managers, and league organizers. This is a flexible, relationship-driven role focused on generating new business through your network and following up on qualified leads provided by our team. Responsibilities Build relationships with clubs, teams, coaches, and soccer organizations throughout Austin. Generate new sales opportunities through your existing network. Follow up on company-provided leads. Represent our brand within the local soccer community. Help grow our presence and partnerships across the market. Qualifications Strong connections within the Austin soccer community. Compensation $500 monthly retainer. 10% commission on all sales you generate. Typical commissions range from $150-$300+ per order. Flexible schedule. Opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the business expands. What Success Looks Like This is a results-oriented role. We're looking for someone who is actively creating opportunities, building relationships, and generating sales. The monthly retainer is intended to support active business development, and the right person will have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through commissions while helping us grow within the Austin soccer community. An initial 90-day trial period will be used to evaluate activity, pipeline development, and overall fit. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Sales, fundraising, sponsorship, or business development experience is a plus.
Pay:
