Position Overview:

As an Auto Broker, you will assist clients with locating, pricing, and purchasing new and used vehicles. This is a 1099 commission-based sales position with an aggressive pay plan that rewards top performers.

Location Requirement:

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming leads and develop your own client pipeline
• Locate vehicles that match client needs and budget
• Negotiate pricing and structure deals
• Guide clients through the purchase process from start to finish
• Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications:

• Previous auto sales, brokerage, or commission sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently after training
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Computer literate and comfortable with CRM tools

Compensation:

• 1099 commission sales
