  • 150,000+ depending on performance About ShieldOne Systems ShieldOne Systems provides architectural window film, security glazing, Riot Glass®, rolling security shutters, and other physical security solutions for schools, healthcare facilities, churches, businesses, and commercial properties.
We help facilities improve safety, security, comfort, privacy, and energy efficiency through practical upgrades to existing glass and entry points. We are a growing, owner-operated company looking for a motivated sales representative who wants to help build something from the ground up. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position. This role is for someone who is comfortable getting out in the field, talking to decision makers, following up, and earning based on results. What You'll Be Selling You will be selling products and solutions such as: Security window film Solar and architectural window film Riot Glass® security glazing systems QMI rolling security shutters Smart Tint® privacy film Glass attachment and security upgrade systems Our customers may include schools, hospitals, clinics, churches, municipalities, retail businesses, offices, and commercial property owners. What You'll Do Prospect new commercial and institutional customers in your assigned territory Visit businesses, schools, churches, and facilities in person Make phone calls and send follow-up emails to decision makers Help identify security, privacy, heat, glare, and glass protection needs Schedule site visits and help gather project details Present product options and proposals Follow up consistently with leads and active opportunities Work directly with ownership on larger accounts and bigger opportunities Maintain a clear pipeline of prospects, quotes, and follow-ups Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is driven, honest, and comfortable talking to people. You do not need to be an expert in window film or security glazing. We can teach the products. What we cannot teach is work ethic.
A strong candidate will be:
Comfortable with commission-based sales Willing to prospect, cold call, and visit businesses in person Confident talking with business owners, administrators, and facility managers Organized enough to follow up and manage a sales pipeline Honest and professional with customers Self-motivated without needing someone over their shoulder every day Interested in growing with a company early in its expansion Preferred Experience Sales experience is preferred, especially in: Outside sales B2B sales Construction or building products Security products Home improvement Real estate Insurance Commercial services Door-to-door or territory sales That said, we will consider the right person even if their background is different. Requirements

  • Ability to travel within the assigned sales territory
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Willingness to learn multiple product lines Compensation This is a commission-based sales position with bonus opportunities.
Compensation may include:
Commission on closed sales Increased commission rates based on monthly sales volume Bonuses for new commercial accounts Additional bonuses for larger security glazing or shutter projects Long-term growth opportunity as the company expands Realistic earning potential depends on effort, consistency, and ability to close business. A motivated rep in this role should have the ability to earn $60,000
  • 150,000+ annually, with higher upside as the territory develops.
