We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to join a growing title and escrow services organization serving real estate transactions throughout Florida. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales and business development professional who enjoys networking, building referral relationships, and creating new business opportunities within the real estate market. This role offers a largely remote work arrangement with in-office time for training and client meetings. The environment is entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and growth-focused, with supportive leadership and the opportunity to make a visible impact as the company continues expanding. The right candidate will be confident representing professional services in the marketplace, comfortable developing long-term partnerships, and passionate about helping clients through residential, commercial, investor, wholesale, and mobile home transactions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with
REALTORS
®, mortgage lenders, investors, attorneys, and other real estate professionals.
- Promote title and escrow services to generate new business opportunities and referral partnerships.
- Attend networking events, industry functions, lunches, dinners, and client meetings to build market presence.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing clients to support long-term relationship growth.
- Represent the company professionally in the marketplace and communicate service value clearly.
- Track sales activity, manage client outreach, and support business development goals. Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $40,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Base salary starts at $40,000, with higher base compensation possible for candidates with relevant industry experience.
- Commissions are 15% based on the policies sold.

- Company credit card provided for approved business expenses such as gas, networking, lunch, and dinner.
- Monthly expense report with receipts required for company credit card usage.
- 1 week of vacation during the first year.

- Additional time off may be available as unpaid time.
