Bookeeper & Inside Sales Support

Who We Are Small, busy, growing, and trying not to drop the ball.

What You'll Actually Do:

This isn't one of those "wear many hats" jobs where we secretly mean "do three people's work for one salary." We mean two real roles that naturally overlap. You'll keep our money from disappearing into a black hole, while also helping our sales team not sound like robots. The Bookkeeping Half (the serious part): Chase down receipts like a detective with a grudge against paper clutter. Reconcile accounts so our CPA stops sending us sad emoji emails. Handle invoicing, AP/AR, and payroll support - basically make sure we don't accidentally pay the electric bill twice. Wave a magic spreadsheet over our cash flow so we know when we can buy fancy coffee for the office. The Inside Sales Support Half (the people part): Answer sales calls and emails without sounding like a hostage reading a script. Prep quotes, process orders, and update CRM records (yes, even the boring ones). Coordinate with the outside sales team so they don't drive off a cliff unannounced. Solve customer problems with actual common sense - no "let me transfer you to ten different people" nonsense.

What We Swear Is True:

You won't be micromanaged. We're too busy to watch you work, and we trust you to close your own tabs. The "sales support" part means you help the sales team win. You're not the janitor of their messes. Mistakes happen. Own them, fix them, show us what you learned - we'll buy the first round of apologies. Your Secret Weapons (a.k.a. requirements): 2+ years in bookkeeping or accounting support (QuickBooks Online is our love language). You can switch from reconciling accounts to calming down a customer without developing a facial tic. Basic Excel skills, but "basic" means pivot tables don't make you sweaty. A sense of humor about the fact that you'll probably hear "can you just quickly…?" ten times a day. Nice-to-Haves (but really not needed): Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce (if you've only used a notebook, we'll talk). You've worked in a small business before and understand we don't have an IT department named Chad who fixes everything.

The Boring But Important Stuff:

Full-time, in-office or hybrid (your chaos level, our preference).
