Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end planning and execution of academic camps, including curriculum coordination, teacher management, budgeting, student recruitment, logistics, and on-site operations 2. Manage and expand a US-based tutoring program: oversee tutor hiring, on-board training, scheduling, pricing strategy, and parent communication 3. Serve as a primary point of contact for families, providing guidance on academic planning and program selection 4. Support students and families through US boarding school and college admissions processes, including interview preparation, strategic advising, campus tours coordination, and communication with schools 5. Develop and manage selective academic or advising programs in partnership with schools, including application review and cohort selection 6. Provide support during company marketing events 7. Establish and maintain good service relationships with new/ existing students to achieve recruitment targets 8. Provide timely feedback and suggestions qualitatively and quantitatively on the Marketing events and other related activities 9. Identifying, developing, and managing partners in education and other related industries, including but not limited to schools, test prep institutions, enrichment course providers, etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or higher degree in any discipline from a reputable US University. 2. Mandarin proficiency is required. Able to liaise with Chinese-speaking students and parents 3. Project a professional image with strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills 4. Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and work independently as well as in a team 5. Familiar with social media and online tools 6. Willingness to work flexibly and on weekends or when required 7. Willingness to work the extra mile during peak periods
