Compensation:

In this role, you will be a key contributor to daily operations, client communication, lead generation, and business development efforts. While you will assist with a variety of real estate and administrative functions, the primary focus of this position is generating, organizing, nurturing, and following up with leads from our growing database and outreach efforts. Your proactive approach will help streamline processes, create opportunities, enhance prospective client experiences, and contribute directly to the growth of our real estate business. Responsibilities Lead generation and business development activities, which will serve as the primary focus of the role Maintain, organize, and actively manage our CRM database to ensure opportunities are consistently followed up on and cultivated Assist with outreach to prospective buyers, sellers, investors, and referral sources Help identify and research new lead sources and opportunities for business growth Coordinate communication with prospective clients to maintain professional interactions and build momentum Assist leading luxury residential real estate agents with appointments, follow-up, and client engagement Convey our unique and highly valuable approach to prospective clients and referral partners Conduct market research to assist with outreach strategies, prospecting efforts, and competitive analysis Manage and update property listings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and appealing presentation Prepare and organize documentation in compliance with real estate practices and Fair Housing regulations Maintain organized records of interactions, opportunities, and administrative tasks to support workflow and accountability Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and consistently follow through on assigned tasks Customer-service mindset with a passion for helping clients navigate the buying and selling process Administrative experience and proficiency managing schedules, records, and databases Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management, marketing, or sales processes is highly preferred Real estate, business development, sales, marketing, or property management experience is a plus Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Who Will Thrive In This Role This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys creating opportunities, building relationships, staying organized, and helping drive business growth.
