What this actually is:

You are going in cold and coming out with a signed agreement. You'll prospect business owners, HR directors, and benefits decision-makers across your territory. You'll book the meeting, run the presentation, and close the account. Then you'll build the book — and that book generates renewal income every year without you starting from scratch every January. No leads handed to you. No hand-holding. This is new business development. That's the job.

The numbers:

Reps who actually work it write $350K to $1M in annual premium in year one. Some do more. Renewals stack on top of that. By year three your baseline income exists whether you open a new account that week or not. Uncapped commissions. Renewals. Performance bonuses. The only ceiling is the one you build yourself. You are who we're looking for if: You have a track record of hunting and closing — not just servicing. B2B sales, insurance, payroll, staffing, merchant services, recruiting — any field where you had to make something from nothing. You can take a loss in the morning and close two deals by noon. You understand that 1099 freedom and W-2 comfort are two different choices and you made yours a long time ago. Bilingual Spanish/English puts you ahead in this market.
