$70,000•85,000+ annually About Us Signs 4 USA and Yard Sign Ninjas are rapidly growing national signage companies serving customers and wholesale dealer partners throughout the United States. Yard Sign Ninjas specializes in wholesale dealer partnerships nationwide, while Signs 4 USA provides fast-turnaround custom signage solutions backed by strong customer service and high-quality production. As we continue scaling nationally, we are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our wholesale dealer network across the country. About The Role This is a business development and outbound sales role focused on identifying and onboarding new wholesale dealer partners nationwide. You'll work directly with sign shops, print companies, marketing agencies, promotional companies, wrap shops, and resellers to introduce them to our wholesale programs and help expand our growing national dealer network. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-building, outbound prospecting, and working in a fast-paced growth environment. What You'll Do Prospect and connect with potential wholesale dealer partners nationwide Build relationships with sign shops, print companies, agencies, and resellers Introduce dealers to our wholesale pricing and products Follow up with inbound website inquiries and leads Help onboard new dealer accounts into our systems Coordinate dealer sample packs and pricing information Maintain CRM activity and pipeline organization Work closely with our sales team to help grow national dealer partnerships What We're Looking For Strong communication and phone skills Motivated, competitive, and self-driven personality Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable with outbound prospecting and relationship development Organized and detail-oriented CRM experience is a plus (HubSpot preferred) Previous BDR, SDR, inside sales, or customer-facing sales experience preferred Sign industry experience is helpful but not required Monthly Bonus Opportunities Uncapped bonuses tied to qualified dealer growth and activity performance Additional incentives for high-performing outbound and dealer development activity
Expected Earnings Typical OTE:
