Job Summary AOTEK Technology Co. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Niagara Falls, NY. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities within the SMT and Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer outreach, relationship development, lead generation, and supporting business growth efforts for our electronics manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in technology, manufacturing, and B2B sales in a fast-growing industry. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients Identify new business opportunities within the electronics manufacturing and SMT industry Conduct customer outreach through email communication, networking, online platforms, and CRM tools Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate manufacturing solutions Support quotation follow-up, project coordination, and customer communication Maintain accurate customer and sales records Collaborate with management and production teams to support business development activities Follow up with leads and clients in a professional and timely manner Assist with market research and industry outreach initiatives Requirements Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, customer service, or related fields preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Professional email and phone communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing, SMT, or industrial products is a plus Familiarity with CRM systems or customer management tools is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools Chinese and English bilingual skills are a plus Work Location Hybrid remote in Niagara Falls, NY Benefits Flexible schedule Work from home opportunities Paid time off Paid training Professional growth opportunities About Us AOTEK Technology Co. is a growing electronics manufacturing company located in Niagara Falls, NY.
