Job Description
Are you competitive, curious, and ready to make a real impact — not just answer phones and send emails? We're looking for someone who wants to hunt. GLW builds custom millwork and fixtures for some of the most recognized retail and hospitality brands in the country. We've outfitted flagship stores, boutique hotels, and high-end bars and restaurants from coast to coast. Our craft is exceptional — now we need someone equally exceptional to help us find the clients who deserve it.
THE ROLE
This isn't a traditional sales job, and it isn't a traditional marketing job. It's both — and more. As our Business Development Representative, you'll be the engine that fills our pipeline with the right opportunities. You'll research target retail and hospitality brands, identify the right decision-makers, and reach out with the goal of getting a conversation started. When you do, you'll hand it off to our leadership team to close. Simple concept. Real results.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify and research prospective retail, hospitality, and commercial clients — brands that are expanding, renovating, or launching new concepts
- Build targeted outreach lists using LinkedIn, industry publications, trade shows, and other sources
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to spark conversations with the right people
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls or meetings for GLW's leadership team
- Track activity and pipeline in a CRM and report on what's working
- Collaborate with our team to refine messaging and sharpen the Ideal Customer Profile over time
WHO YOU ARE
- Hungry to prove yourself — you don't need 10 years of experience, you need drive
- A natural communicator who can write a crisp email and hold a confident conversation
- Curious and resourceful — you find the contact, figure out the angle, make it happen
- Organized and self-directed — you manage your own activity and hold yourself accountable
- Genuinely interested in design, interiors, retail, or the built environment (a big plus)
- Recent grad or early in your career — this role is built for someone ready to grow fast

$54,000.00- $70,000.
