About the Role CSC Paymaster is looking for a motivated individual to help grow our client base and introduce local businesses to payroll and HR solutions that make their day-to-day operations easier. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, networking in the community, and helping business owners find practical solutions to support their teams. This role is a great fit for someone who is outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable developing new relationships. You'll spend your time prospecting, networking, attending meetings, and working closely with our internal team to ensure new clients receive the personal attention and excellent service CSC Paymaster is known for. What You'll Do Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and referrals Develop referral relationships with CPAs, brokers, bankers, and financial professionals Consult with business owners, C-level executives, and HR professionals to assess needs and offer tailored solutions Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing sales training (either virtually or onsite at our location in Warwick) Develop a deep understanding of our product messaging, technology platform, and competitive landscape Log and track all sales activity in our CRM, Zoho Represent CSC Paymaster at local events and networking groups Why Join CSC Paymaster? What We're Looking For B2B sales experience Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Positive, persistent attitude Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within Rhode Island and surrounding areas The Ideal Candidate May Also Have A strong understanding of payroll or HCM products Previous CRM experience (Zoho or other similar platforms) Compensation & Benefits This position offers a competitive base salary, based on experience, plus commission. With strong sales performance, total annual earnings potential typically ranges from $100,000-$150,000.
