• Full-time LeadVenture is a growing SaaS provider, and we are looking for a Business Development Representative who will ignite and manage rapid revenue growth in our dealer sales efforts.

This position will be fast paced, with heavy emphasis on commitment to high call volume, prospecting, and customer feedback. You will act as the first source for sales and business development between potential new clients and vendors. We are looking for motivated and hungry candidates fueled by the desire to succeed, ready to get both feet wet in a sales setting, and continue our revenue growth. Onsite for the first 90 days (training + quota), then hybrid schedule. Here is more of what you'll get to do: Full Sales Cycle Management Client Rapport and Industry Knowledge Growth and Development of Industry Accounts Cold calling and Lead Generation Overcome Objections Enthusiastically Deliver Rebuttals Follow Proven Sales System You'll thrive in this role if you have: 2+ years proven track record of generating leads, or related work experience preferred. Experience working in a CRM Lead generation/cold calling experience Associates degree preferred (But not required) Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to hand-off of to a Territory Manager. Able to excel in a high-volume work environment. Excellent interpersonal, communications, negotiation, and organizational skills Demonstrated business acumen with small business owners.
