Role Description This is a remote, 1099 Business Development Representative (BDR) opportunity. The BDR will focus on generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting overall revenue growth. This role is centered on prospecting, outreach, and identifying organizations that can benefit from Freedom Workforce Solutions' services. The BDR will engage decision-makers, understand hiring needs, and position the company as a strategic partner. This is a performance-based opportunity designed for individuals who are self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of operating independently. The role plays a key part in developing pipeline opportunities and supporting client acquisition efforts. Independent Contractor Notice This role is structured as an independent contractor opportunity. Individuals operate as independent business professionals and maintain control over how they generate business, manage their time, and execute their approach. Compensation is performance-based and paid upon successful client payment. Earnings will be reported via a Form 1099-NEC in accordance with guidelines set by the Internal Revenue Service. Qualifications Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or a client-facing role Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships Ability to identify and engage new business opportunities through outreach and networking Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate independently Ability to build, manage, and track a pipeline of business opportunities Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through on opportunities Preferred Qualifications Experience in recruiting, staffing, or workforce solutions Familiarity with logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries Exposure to additional industries such as healthcare, professional services, or other emerging sectors. Compensation This is a commission-based (1099) opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Compensation is based on successfully secured business and is paid upon receipt of client payment by the company. All client opportunities must be submitted through company provided form in order to be reviewed, supported, and eligible for commission.
