BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE - IT SERVICES
Position Overview This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to deepen their skills in B2B Tech Sales! We are seeking a high-energy, motivated, and detail oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our client base and supporting Sales through the sales process... from call to close! Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help identify new business opportunities, respond to inbound inquiries, keep moving prospects through the pipeline, and contribute to our overall growth. This paid position offers an exciting chance to develop your sales skills, master CRM tools, and make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns that generate leads Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and marketing campaigns (calls, emails, social, etc.) Respond to each inbound inquiry as expected by company guidelines Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs, connecting with Sales when qualified and ready, and adding value through the sales process Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and support sales pipelines Work directly with Sales team to ensure their calendar is up-to date, each prospect receives value added resources and proposals, and that the procpsects are moving effectively through the sales process to close Conduct strategic planning sessions to identify market trends and develop effective prospecting strategies What it Takes to be Successful in This Role College Degree Those involved in sports in high school or collegiate level encouraged to apply Experience in a sales and/or account management role preferred Driven to succeed: Focused on exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals as set by management Familiarity with Salesforce is highly desirable Extrovert with excellent communication skills, connecting with prospects via phone, email, social media, and in-person Excellent cross-functional engagement skills- ie: with leadership, sales, marketing, client services, and operations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to manage multiple efforts at once Join us as a Business Development Representative and become a vital part of our energetic team dedicated to growth, innovation, and success!Benefits:
