We provide fast, quality repairs to individual customers and commercial fleet clients. As our fleet and commercial business continues to grow, we are looking for a driven, self-motivated Business Development Representative to help us expand our commercial customer base. About the Role This is a performance-driven, commission-based sales role. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing commercial accounts — primarily fleet companies, logistics and transportation companies, and dealerships in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. You will be on the front lines of our growth, and your earnings will directly reflect your results. This role offers flexibility in how you work — you set your own schedule and approach. However, success requires consistent hustle, professional communication, and a genuine desire to build relationships. What You'll Do Prospect and reach out to commercial fleet operators, logistics companies, trucking companies, construction firms, and dealerships across the DFW area Cold call potential clients by phone and conduct SMS outreach to introduce Ace Body and Frame's commercial repair services Conduct in-person walk-ins to fleet managers, operations directors, and business owners Reach out to prospects and build a professional network via LinkedIn and Twitter/X Present and communicate the value of Ace Body's services, pricing, and turnaround times to decision-makers Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline Track leads, outreach activity, and closed deals and report progress regularly Represent Ace Body and Frame professionally at all times What We're Looking For Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or outside sales — auto industry experience is a strong plus Comfortable with cold calling, SMS outreach, and in-person walk-ins — this role requires thick skin and persistent follow-up Active on LinkedIn and familiar with social media outreach as a sales tool Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-starter with the ability to manage your own pipeline without micromanagement Must have a reliable personal vehicle (gas reimbursement provided) Knowledge of the fleet, transportation, logistics, or automotive industry is preferred Existing relationships with fleet managers, dealerships, or commercial buyers is a major advantage Compensation Commission-based pay — earn a percentage on every new commercial account and completed repair sale you bring in Minimal or no base salary — this role rewards high performers Gas reimbursement provided for business-related driving Uncapped earning potential as our commercial client base grows Why Join Ace Body and Frame?
