About Us Cyber Palm Tree is a growth consultancy focused on organic acquisition, SEO, digital strategy, and AI-era discoverability. We work with companies across B2B, SaaS, consulting, technology, and premium service industries to build scalable organic growth systems that align marketing, analytics, and business strategy. Our positioning is consultative and strategic — not commodity SEO. We are looking for a Business Development Representative who understands digital marketing and can confidently communicate the value of SEO, organic acquisition, and growth strategy to founders, executives, and marketing leaders. Role Overview This is a commission-only role for someone entrepreneurial, commercially driven, and comfortable operating in a performance-based environment. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, prospecting leads, building relationships, and closing SEO and organic growth engagements. This role is ideal for someone with: agency sales experience digital marketing knowledge strong communication skills and a consultative approach to business development Responsibilities Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email, and strategic partnerships Identify and qualify companies that could benefit from SEO, content strategy, AI discoverability, and organic growth consulting Conduct introductory discovery calls with founders, executives, and marketing teams Present Cyber Palm Tree's service offerings in a strategic and consultative manner Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Collaborate with leadership on proposals, positioning, and sales strategy Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline tracking Stay informed on SEO, digital marketing, AI search trends, and growth strategy developments Requirements Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing fundamentals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to speak confidently with business owners and decision-makers Self-driven and highly independent Comfortable in a commission-only environment Experience in agency sales, SaaS sales, growth consulting, or B2B business development is preferred Understanding of organic acquisition, content marketing, analytics, or paid media is considered a strong asset Compensation This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.
