Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and generating high-quality leads. As a BDR, you will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to help expand our customer base and increase revenue.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, email outreach, and social media. Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team by identifying key decision-makers and understanding customer needs. Build strong relationships with prospective clients and provide them with information on our products/services to generate interest. Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate customer data. Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, highlighting how our solutions can meet their needs. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and messaging. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and manage relationships throughout the sales cycle. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets and KPIs. Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to better understand customer pain points.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, products, and processes. Coachable and open to receiving feedback to continuously improve performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in SaaS, technology, or other B2B sectors. Strong understanding of sales techniques such as consultative selling.
