We are looking for highly motivated, competitive, and disciplined setters who thrive in high- volume outbound communication environments and want to grow inside a fast-paced sales organization. Position Overview This is a fully remote Setter /BDR role focused exclusively on qualifying alliance and channel partner leads and booking appointments for Program Specialists. This is not a closing position. Your primary responsibility is to contact inbound opt-in leads, qualify interest and business fit, and schedule appointments that show. Success in this role is measured by: Conversations held Qualified appointments booked Appointment show rates What You'll Do Work alliance and channel partner leads generated through strategic partnerships Contact business owners and decision-makers to qualify interest and business fit Book qualified appointments for Program Specialists and senior sales executives Maintain accurate lead tracking and activity updates inside HubSpot Coordinate closely with closers to maximize appointment quality and show rates Qualifications 1-2 years of BDR, setter, appointment-setting, or sales development experience preferred Strong phone communication and objection-handling skills Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity Organized and disciplined with follow-up Self-motivated and competitive Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM preferred Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Compensation Base Compensation:
