Business Development Manager Electrical & Construction Staffing Industry Progress USA is expanding and is currently seeking a motivated, professional, and growth-oriented individual to join our team in Georgia. This is NOT a traditional inside sales position. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating business opportunities, and representing our company within the electrical and construction industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities within the electrical and construction sectors Visit contractors, corporate offices, and active job sites Build and maintain relationships with project managers, estimators, superintendents, and key decision-makers Present Progress USA's staffing and workforce solutions services Conduct client visits and follow-up with existing and prospective customers Attend networking events, industry meetings, and business development activities Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts Maintain accurate records and activity within the company CRM Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction Represent Progress USA professionally both locally and out of state

Compensation:
Weekly base salary: $800 - $1,400 (based on experience) Aggressive commission structure Company-provided CRM and active client database
Commission Structure:
Existing Company Accounts:
2% - 2.5% commission Up to $60,000 total commission per client New Business Developed by the
Representative:
5% commission Up to $100,000 total commission per client
Renewals:
Additional incentives based on account growth and development

Who We're Looking For:
Professional appearance and attitude Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented Ability to develop long-term business relationships Comfortable visiting clients and active construction projects Growth mindset and leadership potential Experience in B2B sales, construction, staffing, or industrial services is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
