This job will be 100% commision and leads will be provided by the company. Buisness Development Specialist will be required to cultivate and produce their own leads as well.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to help us expand our customer base. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities by networking within the field of propoerty owners who want to rent out their home. The Business Development Specialist will be working closely with our customer base and will be an important partner in achieving our customer acquisition goals.
Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing customers by contacting them through cold calling, networking, and cold emailing techniques. Creates new business opportunities by networking within the local scene. Conducts market research on current product offerings, sales prospects, competition, and potential new products. Maintains relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service.
Required Experience & Skills:
Licensed Real Estate Agent is State of Virginia ( or already enrolled in licensing school) Prior experience in sales is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills (oral & written) required. Ability to build rapport with customers and team members. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in techonology, computers, and apps.
