This is a hybrid role that combines relationship-building, strategic growth initiatives, and direct patient engagement. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to expand our reach while also playing a key role in guiding prospective patients through their vision correction journey. What You Will Do Growth & Business Development Identify and develop new referral sources, partnerships, and community relationships Build and maintain relationships with optometrists, healthcare providers, and local businesses Support outreach initiatives, events, and strategic partnerships to increase patient volume Track and analyze growth opportunities across locations Patient Engagement & Consultations Connect with prospective patients to understand their goals, lifestyle needs, and interest in vision correction Provide guidance and education on available options in a clear, approachable, and personalized way Support patients through the decision-making process and help move them toward scheduling Partner with clinical and surgical teams to ensure a smooth transition from interest to procedure Patient Acquisition & Conversion Optimization Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead flow, messaging, and engagement strategies Monitor key performance metrics (lead conversion, show rates, patient acquisition trends) Identify gaps in the patient journey and recommend improvements Process Execution & Optimization Ensure growth-related workflows (follow-ups, outreach, communication touchpoints) are executed consistently Work closely with internal teams to align on initiatives and ensure adoption Continuously evaluate and improve processes that impact patient experience and conversion Strategic Initiatives Assist in launching new programs, campaigns, and service offerings Provide feedback from the field on patient behavior, objections, and trends Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Modern Vision Correction program Who You Are A strong relationship-builder who is comfortable engaging both professionals and prospective patients Confident communicator who can guide conversations and support decision-making Results-driven and motivated by growth, performance, and measurable outcomes Organized and able to execute consistently across multiple initiatives Proactive and solutions-oriented—you identify opportunities and act on them What We Are Looking For Background in business development, sales, account management, or healthcare outreach preferred Experience in consultative or client-facing roles is a strong plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Interest in healthcare innovation and patient experience Why Join Boston Vision Be part of a forward-thinking organization Opportunity to directly impact both growth strategy and patient experience Work alongside a high-performing, collaborative team Clear path for growth as the program continues to scale
