Analyze channel performance, sales data, and market metrics to assess productivity and identify growth opportunities. Oversee policy and procedural development for partner engagement, aligned with the channel-only sales structure. Lead marketing initiatives targeting channel partners, including promotional campaigns and webinars. Measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies based on performance data.
