About Fiesta Health Fiesta Health is a rapidly growing provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services dedicated to helping children and families access high-quality autism care. We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Business Development Specialist who thrives on building partnerships, creating opportunities, and driving growth through community engagement. What You'll DoBuild the Referral Engine Create and grow strong relationships with pediatricians, school leaders, counselors, therapists, case managers, and community partners. Turn partnerships into consistent, high-quality referral pipelines. Identify new referral sources and develop creative outreach strategies to increase awareness of Fiesta Health services. Maintain regular communication with referral partners to strengthen engagement and trust. Follow up on referrals and ensure partners receive timely updates when appropriate. Drive Outreach and Business Development Make 60-100 outbound calls per day to healthcare providers, schools, clinics, and community organizations. Generate meetings, presentations, and partnership opportunities through proactive outreach. Consistently achieve outreach, connection-rate, and referral-growth goals. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of referral opportunities across Georgia. Be the Face of Fiesta Health Represent Fiesta Health throughout local communities and referral networks. Show up at schools, clinics, healthcare offices, community events, and networking functions. Build trust and credibility with providers, educators, and families. Serve as a professional ambassador for the Fiesta Health brand. Community Outreach & Travel Plan and host Lunch & Learn presentations for referral partners and community organizations. Coordinate educational meetings with pediatricians, schools, therapists, and healthcare providers. Travel locally throughout Georgia as needed to attend Lunch & Learns, networking events, referral partner meetings, conferences, and community outreach activities. Maintain an active presence in assigned territories to strengthen relationships and increase referral opportunities. CRM & Reporting Track all outreach activities, referrals, meetings, and follow-up actions within the company CRM. Maintain accurate records of conversations, outreach efforts, and partnership development. Participate in regular team meetings to review performance metrics and business development strategies. What Success Looks Like Pediatricians, schools, and community partners actively referring families every week. Consistently completing 60-100 outbound calls per day. Strong call connection rates and meaningful conversations with decision-makers. New referral partnerships being established and nurtured. Increased awareness of Fiesta Health throughout Georgia communities. Measurable growth in referral volume and partnership engagement. Qualifications Required Must reside in Georgia. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making 60-100 outbound calls daily. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Experience using CRM systems and tracking outreach activities. Ability and willingness to travel locally throughout Georgia for outreach, relationship-building, Lunch & Learn presentations, and community events as needed. Preferred Experience in business development, healthcare outreach, physician relations, sales, account management, recruiting, or community engagement. Experience working with healthcare providers, schools, or community organizations. Knowledge of ABA therapy, behavioral health, autism services, or healthcare referrals.

Pay:
