Job Description
Timeless Exteriors Inc. is seeking motivated Canvassers / Lead Generators to join our team! We're a trusted local provider of premium ABC Seamless steel siding, seamless gutters, soffit, fascia, roofing, and more—serving homeowners across Wisconsin with durable, custom-fit exterior solutions. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% commission-based pay and unlimited earning potential. No cold calling required from scratch—focus on high-energy outreach in neighborhoods, events, and home shows.

Compensation:
$25.00 per verified lead- Paid promptly once the lead is entered and a sales appointment is set! Additional bonuses when your leads close into sales (you get credit for originating the lead and building the initial report): $2,500
- $10,000 job sale → $100 bonus $10,001
- $20,000 job sale → $200 bonus $20,001
- $30,000 job sale → $300 bonus $30,001

Support provided:
We cover solicitor's licenses if needed, pay entry fees for home shows/events (we'll sign you up), provide maps for walking routes, and share previous customer lists to target high-potential areas. Our lead setter handles data entry and appointment setting.What You'll Do:
Generate leads by door-knocking in targeted neighborhoods (using our maps or lists), attending home shows, fairs, parades, or community events. Collect basic customer info from interested homeowners: First and last name Home address Phone number Email Build a quick rapport and report on the conversation. Call our lead setter to hand off the info—he enters it into the system, verifies, and sets the sales appointment. Self-motivated, outgoing, and comfortable talking to homeowners face-to-face. Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours (days, evenings, weekends for events).
