We are hiring motivated, high-energy individuals to join our canvassing team. This role involves going door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods to generate qualified leads for our services. If you are physically active, self-driven, and motivated by performance-based pay, this is a great opportunity to earn significant income with no cap.

Responsibilities:

Canvass residential neighborhoods to identify potential customers Generate qualified leads for roofing and siding projects Communicate professionally with homeowners Represent the company in a positive and energetic manner

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay per qualified lead generated Aggressive, uncapped commission on all closed sales Cash payouts for qualified leads No base salary (100% performance-based) Unlimited earning potential Marketing materials and support provided

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills High energy and positive attitude Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods Sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required
