We are looking for an experienced salesperson to conduct initial meetings with prospective new clients to help them understand the legal services available at our law firm. Strong candidates are excellent, active listeners who can clearly hear what potential clients say to discern their needs and goals. Once a client chooses to hire our firm, our salesperson continues supporting our new clients by providing attentive, excellent onboarding. They ensure engagement agreements are created and share firm procedures, expectations, and systems. They email all assigned team members at the start of the case. They follow up with clients at the end of their first week, and then a month into their matter, to ensure they have everything they need and provide additional resources that will help each client be successful. Our salesperson will also remain in contact with potential clients who haven't yet made decisions about representation so that they understand our door is open to them when they are ready to move forward. This team member also keeps detailed records about their consults to provide data-driven & constructive feedback to the owner and marketing department about the effectiveness of our marketing and branding strategies…even offering possible suggestions for improvement based on their direct experiences with clients. Duties Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls and face-to-face interactions to generate new business opportunities. Speak with prospective clients to learn about their needs and educate them about the firm itself and provide a general description of the firm's services in their area of need Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, including multilingual audiences.
