Job Description Nokia of America Corporation , CNS GBC CN Svcs Pre-Sales Consultant (Multiple Positions), Murray Hill, NJ. Responsibilities Provide sales and technical pre-sales support to customers and lead product trials and proofs of concept for prospects during the presales process with support from the PU. Demonstrate the value of Nokia Software at all levels, with CSPs and enterprises including business users, managers, and executive personnel. Analyze customer requirements, provide technical expertise to design and implement Nokia Software solution, and perform systems integration to 3rd party solution when needed. Own and manage
RFI & RFP
responses for assigned accounts. Verify the operability of highly complex security products and services configurations within the customer's environment. Qualify complex sales opportunities in terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision making process and funding. Provide support in trade shows and exhibits where Nokia Software products are demonstrated. Resolve highly complex problems within own discipline. Make decisions about own and/or project work using known solutions as basis. #LI-DNI Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 7 years of related work experience, of which 5 years are post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Or a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience with the following: IP/MPLS stack in telecommunication networks including security architecture/design, vulnerabilities, and cyber security; SS7/Diameter signaling security; Interworking with 4G/5G roaming networks; Security design considerations for role-based access controls using security architecture in 5G Core networks; Security design considerations on 5G Core machine to machine authentication with digital certificates. Domestic travel required up to 20%. International travel required up to 10%. Telecommuting may be permitted up to 100% anywhere in the US.
