Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Comfort Advisor specializing in Dryer Vent services to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX . In this pivotal role, The Comfort Advisor -Dryer Vent Cleaning Sales and Technician is a hybrid role responsible for both selling and performing dryer vent cleaning services. This position inspects, educates, sells, and completes the job during the same visit. Duties Engage with customers to understand their dryer vent concerns and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. Educate customers on best practices for dryer vent safety, maintenance routines, and energy efficiency improvements. Conduct thorough assessments of dryer vent systems, identifying potential hazards or inefficiencies. Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos and explain the benefits of professional dryer vent cleaning and maintenance. Manage the sales process from initial consultation through to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service reports, and follow-up actions to ensure quality standards are met. Take before-and-after photos and complete CRM documentation Use ladders, tools, and equipment accordingly Maintain Company Vehicle Qualifications Excellent communication skills for delivering compelling product demos and technical explanations clearly. Bilingual in English/Spanish Valid Driver's License and clean driving record Comfortable with physical labor, ladders, and exterior vent access mechanically inclined and detail-oriented Proven sales experience with a focus on technical products or services, including pre-sales activities in home services (preferred). Familiarity with computer networking concepts that may relate to smart home integrations or connected appliances (preferred).

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
