Responsibilities Prospect and generate new roofing leads Meet homeowners, property managers, and business owners Conduct roof inspections and evalute customer leads Prepare and present roofing proposals Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships Coordinate project details with company personnel Close sales and meet revenue goals Requirements Roofing Sales Experience- preferred but not required Strong Communication and Closing Skils Self-Motivated and Goal Oriented Ability to Work Independently Reliable Transportation and Valid Driver's License Professional Apearance and Demeanor Physically Capable of Climbling on Roofs and Ladders Must provide own ladder and be able to lift 50lbs
