This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity ideal for individuals with experience in B2B sales, property management, facility maintenance, fire protection, or commercial services. Responsibilities Prospect commercial properties, property managers, HOAs, warehouses, office buildings, and retail centers. Generate leads and schedule meetings with decision makers. Promote fire sprinkler inspection and compliance services. Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients. Track sales activities and follow up on opportunities. Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Previous sales experience preferred but not required. Reliable transportation. Familiarity with commercial property management is a plus.
