Vehicle Allowance, Home-Based Working & Ongoing Sales Training The opportunity: This is an opportunity to join a family-owned roofing contractor at an exciting stage of growth as they continue expanding their commercial roofing division and invest heavily into recurring service revenue. With approximately 80% of their current work focused on commercial roofing, the business has built a strong reputation delivering reroofing and maintenance solutions across Colorado and beyond. As they continue to become more competitive within the commercial market, they are investing in both people and processes to support their long-term growth plans. The company is now focused on building a dedicated commercial service sales function that will create long-term customer relationships, generate recurring revenue through maintenance agreements, and uncover larger reroofing opportunities.
