Job Description
Overview We are seeking motivated and outgoing Commission Sales Representatives to join our growing beauty brand team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about beauty, haircare, skincare, cosmetics and relationship based roles. Responsibilities Promote and sell beauty products to customers, salons, spas, boutiques and retail stores Build and maintain strong client relationships Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Educate customers on product benefits and usage Represent the brand professionally at all times Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales' goals Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives, product launches, and technical sales support to enhance overall sales performance. Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred Strong communication and networking skills Self motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Comfortable using social media for promotion Passion for beauty and customer service Ability to work independently
