Ideal for individuals with experience in: Home improvement sales Roofing/construction sales Real estate networking Property management relationships Self-generated lead prospecting We provide: Licensed & insured project execution Estimating and operations support Reliable subcontracting team Fast communication and follow-up You focus on: Generating your own leads/opportunities Building client relationships Bringing in qualified projects
Compensation:
10% commission on closed jobs 5% paid upon signed contract/deposit Remaining 5% paid once project begins/final payment is received Uncapped earning potential Flexible schedule Projects include: Kitchen remodeling Bathroom remodeling Flooring Painting Interior/exterior renovations General construction work
Requirements:
Must be able to self-source leads/opportunities Strong communication and people skills South Florida market knowledge preferred Construction/remodeling sales experience is a plus Serious inquiries only. Looking for motivated individuals who can generate business and grow with the company.
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
