$700 per week base salary + uncapped commission

$60,000 - $120,000+ per year About Us Mathis Home Improvements has been helping Triad homeowners improve their homes since 1997. We specialize in room additions, sunrooms, screen rooms, decks, windows, doors, siding, roofing, and gutters. We are looking for a motivated Construction Sales Representative to help homeowners bring their renovation and expansion projects to life. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, and building a rewarding career in residential construction sales. Construction sales experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right person. Position Overview As a Construction Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners, evaluate their needs, develop project solutions, and guide them through the sales process from initial consultation to signed contract. Our focus is on larger residential projects including additions, sunrooms, screen rooms, decks, and major remodeling projects. This is a relationship-based sales position, not a high-pressure sales environment. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to discuss project goals and needs Conduct in-home consultations and site visits Develop project recommendations and solutions Prepare and present proposals Follow up with prospects and existing customers Build relationships and earn customer trust Work closely with project management and production teams Maintain accurate records in company software Achieve sales goals and performance targets Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Professional appearance and attitude Ability to build rapport with homeowners Basic computer skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Construction or home improvement experience is a plus Sales experience is a plus but not required Compensation & Benefits $700 per week base salary Uncapped commission structure Company-provided leads Paid training Growth opportunities Support from an established company with nearly 30 years of experience What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is hungry to succeed, enjoys helping people, and wants to build a long-term career.
