Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target construction companies, contractors, and project managers within assigned territories. Generate new leads through cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and digital marketing initiatives. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs. Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling additional products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipeline progress, and analyze market trends. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that increase brand awareness and lead generation efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales or business development within the construction or related industries. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales operations effectively. Demonstrated success in B2B (business-to-business) sales environments with a focus on technical or technology-driven solutions. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for lead tracking, account management, and sales analysis. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to foster long-term client relationships. Ability to perform product demos confidently and upsell additional solutions based on client needs. Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and identify new opportunities for growth.
