Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong client relationships. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales or business development within the construction or related industries. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales operations effectively. Demonstrated success in B2B (business-to-business) sales environments with a focus on technical or technology-driven solutions. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for lead tracking, account management, and sales analysis.
