is a Santa Barbara County nonprofit dedicated to supporting all twelve county fire and law enforcement departments through emergency grants, equipment funding, and a Mental Wellness Endowment. ONE805 Live is our flagship annual benefit concert, held at a private estate in Summerland, CA. This two-day event draws top-tier donors, community leaders, and supporters of public safety throughout the region. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced contract Sponsorship Sales Representative to secure corporate sponsors for ONE805 Live (September 25-26, 2026). This is a hands-on execution role — we need someone who can identify prospects, build proposals, and close deals on a compressed timeline. The right candidate will have existing relationships with brand and marketing decision-makers in Southern California and a proven track record closing sponsorships for events of this caliber. Responsibilities Identify, pitch, and close corporate event sponsors aligned with ONE805's mission Develop compelling sponsorship packages and proposal materials Negotiate terms and execute sponsor agreements Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors through event day Coordinate sponsor deliverables (logo placement, branding, VIP benefits, etc.) with the ONE805 team Provide regular pipeline updates to ONE805 leadership Ideal Qualifications 3+ years of sponsorship sales, corporate partnership, or nonprofit fundraising experience Demonstrated success closing sponsors for benefit concerts, galas, or high-profile events Existing relationships with marketing/brand decision-makers in the SoCal market Strong proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and move quickly under a tight deadline Familiarity with the Santa Barbara / Los Angeles philanthropic and business community is a plus Compensation Competitive commission structure; flat fee + commission hybrid considered for the right candidate.
