Responsibilities Conduct outside sales activities by engaging with potential clients through cold calling, territory management, and direct outreach to generate leads and close deals. Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospects using CRM software to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress. Present product demos effectively to showcase the value of coupon books, upselling additional options when appropriate. Build strong relationships with retail partners and business clients through account management strategies to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat sales. Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness within assigned territories, leveraging analysis skills to identify new opportunities. Negotiate terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term business growth. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and maintaining positive professional relationships. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a focus on direct sales or retail sales. Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead generation and account management. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations. Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and inside/outside sales environments. Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and relationship building. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans for territory growth. Experience in marketing or technology sales is a plus; familiarity with B2B sales processes is highly desirable.
