In this role, you will connect directly with motivated parents to sell premium educational courses. This is a hybrid role requiring a combination of strategic digital outreach and high-impact, face-to-face sales at local community gatherings, school fairs, competitions, and maker events. Key Responsibilities Drive Enrollment & Revenu e: Actively prospect, consult, and close sales with K-12 parents, converting warm leads and inquiries into paid course enrollments.
Online Selling :
Conduct targeted online outreach, field inbound digital inquiries, run video consultations, and leverage social communities to build a strong pipeline of interested families. On-Site Event Sales :
Represent the organization live at local regional events, school maker fairs, robotics tournaments, and community pop-ups. Engage parents in real-time, deliver compelling enrollment pitches, and secure commitments on-site. Consultative Relationship Building:
Understand individual student goals, address parental concerns regarding STEM education, and confidently recommend the ideal technical pathway (e.g., VEX IQ/V5 robotics, advanced coding, competitive tracks). Pipeline Management:
Efficiently track leads, follow up promptly with prospects, and manage your pipeline to ensure consistent weekly enrollment growth. Requirements & Qualifications Proven Sales Excellence:
Minimum 2+ years of successful experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales, high-ticket retail, course advisory, or enrollment counseling. Experience selling directly to parents is a massive advantage. Exceptional Communication Skills:
Outstanding verbal and written communication. You must be able to pitch with authority, handle objections gracefully, and close deals naturally. Hybrid Flexibility:
Comfort operating seamlessly across digital channels (email, phone, WeChat/social groups, Zoom) and the ability to travel locally to attend weekend or evening in-person events. Self-Motivated & Independent:
