Customer Sales Representative

TV Strategies is building out our Rochester team to keep up with increased demand for Frontier internet services. We are hiring a Customer Sales Representative to handle direct customer interaction, explain service options, and support daily sales activity across the area. This is an in-person role where you'll be working directly with customers, having real conversations, and completing the full sales process from start to finish. If you're someone who prefers staying active, working with people, and being in control of your results, this is a strong fit. This is a full-time, in-person position. Not remote. What your day looks like Meeting customers face-to-face in residential neighborhoods and local business areas Introducing Frontier internet services and current promotions Walking customers through pricing, plans, and available service options Completing the full sales process, including account setup and service activation Handling questions and making sure customers feel confident in their decision Keeping track of daily sales activity, follow-ups, and customer interactions Where you'll be working Rochester, NY and surrounding areas Field-based role with direct, face-to-face customer interaction Residential outreach and business-to-business conversations Fast-paced, team-supported environment Base pay plus commission based on sales performance Earnings increase with consistent sales results Weekly pay What we look for Comfortable talking to new people every day Strong communication skills and a straightforward approach Interest in sales, customer service, or business Self-motivated and able to stay consistent without constant supervision Organized with follow-ups and customer interactions Background in retail, hospitality, or sales helps but isn't required TV Strategies is continuing to grow in Rochester, and this Customer Sales Representative role plays a direct part in that expansion.
