This is an onsite, customer-facing position focused on helping customers find the right products and services that fit their needs. Our firm partners with one of our Fortune 500 clients to support customer acquisition and brand representation within retail environments. We provide paid training and ongoing development to ensure team members are set up for success. Key Responsibilities Represent our client's products and services in a professional and knowledgeable manner Educate customers on available options, promotions, and features Assist customers with new accounts and service solutions Meet individual sales goals and performance expectations Maintain accurate customer information and complete required documentation Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment Reliable transportation to job location Must be authorized to work in the United States No prior industry experience is required. We provide paid training for qualified candidates.
