You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services and help us safeguard our revenue and retain customers.
Responsibilities:
Build positive and productive relationships with our dealership customers Schedule regular meetings and discussions to strengthen relationships with existing accounts Understand client needs and customize existing business programs to meet those needs Provide client support and manage communications in a timely, professional manner Maintain existing client accounts to achieve revenue goals Inform clients about company products, services, and promotions Ensure client requests are answered accurately and promptly Develop strategies to improve client satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills and passion for helping others Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional time management & organization skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software is a plus Experience with ticketing or CRM systems is a plus 1-2+ years of customer service experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer success roles
