AA Total Painting is looking for a high-energy, reliable Customer Success Representative (CSR) who can handle communication, scheduling, and follow-up in a fast-paced environment. Who We Are AA Total Painting is a professional residential and commercial painting company focused on delivering high-quality work and an outstanding customer experience . We're built on strong communication, consistency, and taking care of our customers from start to finish. What You'll Be Responsible For This role is essential to keeping the business running smoothly. You'll be the main point of contact for many of our customers. Respond to inbound leads (calls, texts, emails, website inquiries) Reach out to new leads quickly and professionally Schedule estimates and appointments efficiently Follow up with prospects and customers Send confirmations, reminders, and emails Keep our CRM updated and organized Coordinate with the sales and production teams Ensure every customer has a smooth and positive experience What We're Looking For Friendly and professional communication skills Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage priorities Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day Reliable and consistent with follow-ups Able to work independently without constant supervision Takes ownership of responsibilities and gets things done What We Offer $18-$20/hour base pay Performance bonuses + commission opportunities Remote work flexibility Training and systems to help you succeed Clear expectations and room to grow Supportive, small-team environment
