Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (+ occasional event weekends) About the Role This role supports a manufacturer of durable, lightweight pop‑up truck campers designed for people who want to get off the pavement and spend more time outdoors. Customers value quality, usability, and real‑world experience. The Role We're hiring a Dealership Sales Professional to serve as the first point of contact for customers at a Southern California location. This is a full‑cycle, front‑of‑the‑line sales role where you'll guide customers from first inquiry through delivery. If you enjoy camping, outdoor gear, and helping people choose the right equipment for their adventures, this role could be a great fit. What You'll Do Greet and assist customers by phone, email, and in person at the showroom Own the sales process from inbound lead to delivery Manage leads and maintain a disciplined CRM workflow (HubSpot preferred) Build strong relationships and understand each customer's needs and use cases Learn the product line thoroughly and explain features, benefits, and options Conduct hands‑on product demonstrations and answer technical questions Prepare quotes, explain financing options, and communicate delivery timelines Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals Coordinate with the factory to ensure accurate orders and smooth deliveries Attend trade shows, events, and grassroots marketing activations Capture simple photo and video content for sales and marketing use Maintain a clean, organized, and up‑to‑date showroom Participate in weekly sales and marketing meetings What We're Looking For Experience in direct sales, customer service, or dealership sales Comfortable managing leads and pipeline in a CRM (HubSpot ideal, not required) Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and in person Customer‑first mindset with the ability to educate, not pressure Interest in camping, overlanding, outdoor gear, automotive, or adventure travel Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple customers at once Experience Level Intermediate Key Skills CRM- HubSpot

- $95000.00/yr. Medical
