As our Dental Division continues to expand nationwide, we are seeking a highly motivated Dental Client Acquisition Executive to help grow our network of dental practices, DSOs, and multi-location organizations. This is a business development-focused role designed for professionals who excel at prospecting, building relationships, and securing new client partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying hiring organizations, introducing Desort's recruitment services, and helping practices solve their staffing challenges through our proven recruitment solutions. What You'll Do Identify and develop new business opportunities within the dental industry Build relationships with dental practice owners, office managers, regional directors, and DSO leadership teams Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other business development channels Present Desort's recruitment services and value proposition to prospective clients Secure new client partnerships and hiring agreements Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective accounts Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction Track activity, opportunities, and business development performance metrics Represent the Desort brand with professionalism and integrity Qualifications Experience in business development, sales, account management, staffing, or healthcare-related services preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with cold outreach, prospecting, and client acquisition Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Results-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals Highly organized, professional, and self-motivated Compensation 100% Commission-Only Position Please note: This position does not offer a base salary, hourly pay, draw, or guaranteed compensation. Compensation is earned exclusively through commissions. Successful team members have the potential to earn: $85,000 - $180,000+ annually Unlimited commission potential Bi-annual performance bonuses No cap on earnings Fully remote work environment Flexible schedule Your income is directly tied to your performance, client acquisition efforts, and successful placements, creating significant upside for motivated and entrepreneurial professionals.
