In-Home Design Consultant Window World of Fargo $100,000-$200,000+ Annual Earnings Potential Are you a proven in-home sales professional looking for a company that provides quality leads, strong marketing support, and unlimited earning potential? Window World of Fargo is seeking an ambitious and professional Design Consultant to help homeowners improve their homes through replacement windows, doors, siding, roofing, and other exterior remodeling solutions. With over 500 five-star reviews and a dedicated support team behind every project, you'll have the tools and resources needed to focus on what you do best - helping customers and closing sales. This opportunity is ideal for experienced sales professionals who are confident presenting solutions, building trust with homeowners, and earning a substantial income based on performance. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions Present products and remodeling options for windows, doors, siding, roofing, and related projects Prepare proposals and guide customers through the decision-making process Negotiate agreements and close sales Complete contracts, measurements, specifications, and required documentation Maintain communication with customers throughout the project process Utilize CRM software to manage opportunities and customer information Coordinate with production and service teams to ensure a great customer experience Consistently meet or exceed sales goals What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience Proven track record of closing residential sales Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to build rapport quickly with homeowners Self-motivated and goal-oriented Organized and comfortable managing multiple opportunities Comfortable using technology and CRM systems Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience Home improvement sales Windows, doors, siding, roofing, remodeling, HVAC, solar, or similar industries Financing discussions and payment options One-call-close sales environments Structured sales processes Compensation & Benefits Uncapped earning potential First-year earnings potential of $100,000 Top performers earn more than $200,000 annually Company-generated appointments Full-time W-2 position 401(k) with company match after one year Ongoing sales training and professional development Dedicated production and service teams that support every project Advancement opportunities within a growing organization Why Window World?
