You will work inside our showroom and in the field, helping clients design their spaces and guiding them through the sales process from initial consultation to project completion. This role includes both inbound opportunities and self-generated sales. While qualified leads are provided, success in this position depends on a proactive approach—someone who is willing to get out in the field, build relationships, and consistently generate new business. Key Responsibilities Assist showroom customers and handle inbound leads Conduct in-home consultations and take measurements Design cabinet and countertop solutions tailored to customer needs Prepare estimates, proposals, and close sales Manage client communication and follow-up throughout the project Coordinate with internal team to ensure quality execution Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish What We're Looking For Proven sales experience and/or industry experience required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Highly organized and detail-oriented Results-driven with a strong desire to succeed Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle Ability to travel within East Texas Comfortable using computers, email, and basic software Availability to work occasional Saturdays Compensation Compensation is negotiable based on experience, with additional opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
